The roots of Amalfi Internet Ventures trace back to the late 1990s, when Ashwin began exploring opportunities on the early internet. In 1998, while still a college freshman, he started building and managing small web projects driven by creativity and curiosity.

The company’s early focus was on developing and operating popular online greeting card websites. These platforms gained traction and helped establish a strong foundation in web publishing, content management, and audience engagement throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s.

During this period, valuable experience was gained in running consumer-facing websites, understanding user behavior, and managing large volumes of online content. By the mid-2000s, these greeting card websites were successfully sold, marking an important transition point.

In 2005, the business shifted toward content-based websites. With Abhinav joining the venture, the company expanded its scope and refined its long-term direction. This change marked the beginning of a more structured and sustainable web publishing model.

Over the years, the company continued adapting to changes in the digital landscape while maintaining a strong focus on content-driven platforms. This evolution laid the groundwork for what Amalfi Internet Ventures represents today.

In 2023, Amalfi Internet Ventures Pte. Ltd. was officially formed, bringing together decades of experience under a renewed identity focused on building and publishing modern, scalable websites.
